REPA is a group of high-powered researchers and support staff located at the University of Victoria working on economic and policy issues related to forestry, agriculture, energy and climate economics. The research group is under the leadership of Professor G. Cornelis van Kooten and consists of post-docs, graduate students, research associates and staff. The aim is to conduct research on natural resource issues of importance locally, nationally or globally.
